Chicken Risotto Ala Jedi
Serves 6


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 and 1/2 cup of Risotto Rice
  • 3 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 5 Green Onions
  • 6 tablespoons Butter
  • Chives
  • Mrs. Dash, or other chicken seasoning

Preparation Step 1: Remove pants. All good recipes should have you do this as part of your prep.
Preparation Step 2: Season chicken with chives and Mrs. Dash, or flavoring of your choice. Herb-based works best.
Preparation Step 3: Chop chicken into bite-size bits.
Preparation Step 4: Chop onions, mince Garlic


Step 1: Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet/pan.
Step 2: Cook chicken in pan (should be white with golden brown sides, after 5-9 minutes)
Step 3: Put chicken in bowl, set aside.
Step 4: Pour in rice, add 4 tablespoons of butter, cook until golden brown.
Step 5: Add Chives, Garlic, Onions, and Broth, stir and bring to a boil
Step 6: After bringing to a boil, stir, and simmer until rice is soft (15-20 minutes)

Serve immediately.

Italian Shells
Serves 8


Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Italian Sausage
  • 1 half box of Medium Pasta Shells
  • 8 cups (2 quarts) of Water
  • 1 Jar of Marinara Sauce
  • 1 can of Diced Tomatoes
  • Crushed red peppers, chives, and Parsley Flakes

Preparation Step 1: Remove pants. All good recipes should have you do this as part of your prep.

Step 1: Bring Water to a boil, add salt to taste.
Step 2: Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Step 2: When water is boiled, add shells.
Step 3: After shells are soft (8-10 minutes), strain and add to baking dish
Step 4: Add Marinara sauce, and tomatoes
Step 5: Sprinkle parsley, crushed peppers, and chives to taste
Step 6: Bake at 400 for 25 minutes

Serve Immediately. Add Parmesan cheese if wanted. ^_^

Flat Bread Pizza
Serves 4


Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of Pita Bread
  • 1 jar of Chunky Pace Picante Sauce(or salsa of choice)
  • 4 slices of Provolone Cheese
  • 1 package of pepperoni(for pizzas)

Preparation Step 1: Remove pants. All good recipes should have you do this as part of your prep.
Preparation Step 2: Slice pita bread into quarters, then cut in half at the fold. Each piece should make 8 wedges
Preparation Step 3: Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 1: Spray baking tray with non-stick spray
Step 2: Arrange bread wedges on tray
Step 3: Scoop a spoonfull of salsa onto the wedge. Spread evenly.
Step 4: Slice provolone cheese into quarters, place in center of wedges
Step 5: Place 1 to 2 pepperonis on top of pizza slices
Step 6: Bake at 350 for 15 minutes

Serve Immediately. Chilled is also acceptable.
